Welcome to our first newsletter of 2026! February is off to a fast-paced start at The Grants Clearinghouse and WorkED Consulting, and we’re staying busy supporting partners, advancing projects, and building new tools to help you do your work more effectively.
We have been particularly busy helping states with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) mid-cycle State Planning and submission of waiver requests. We’re especially excited to announce the launch of our new WIOA Waiver Toolkit—a practical, user-friendly resource designed to help states better understand, apply for, and implement WIOA waivers with confidence. Whether you’re exploring options or already navigating the waiver process, this toolkit was built to save time, reduce confusion, and support stronger workforce outcomes. We are supporting states through the entire State Planning process, and can assist with all facets of a submission.
