WorkED was hired by The GradUS Project to support Project E.A.T., a Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Labor. This program focuses on expanding workforce training and career pathways for individuals facing barriers to employment through a trauma-informed approach to workforce development.
WorkED is working to strengthen the program’s data infrastructure and reporting systems by supporting participant data entry, credential tracking, and ongoing updates within federal reporting platforms. The team also prepared quarterly performance reports and narrative updates to ensure accurate and timely documentation of program outcomes. In addition, WorkED is supporting grant monitoring readiness and closeout preparation, helping ensure continued compliance while clearly capturing the program’s impact.
This partnership highlights the importance of strong data systems and thoughtful program design in expanding access to meaningful employment opportunities and supporting community-level impact.
