WorkED Consulting is prepared to design and conduct a robust developmental and performance analysis evaluation of Santiago Canyon College’s SCC4 project, drawing on extensive experience and familiarity with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), including the specifics of the Strengthening Community Colleges grant in its current and former iterations, and other federally funded programs.
Our team will collaborate with Santiago Canyon College staff, partners, and stakeholders to design an evaluation incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the efficacy of core strategies in achieving its defined capacity-building and equity outcomes. The evaluation will provide context and explanation for outcomes, including descriptive analysis of how and why capacity and equity activities and interventions led to achievement of intended outcomes.
