The Grants Clearinghouse Team Named Third-Party Evaluator by Two Higher Education Institutions

Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and Macomb Community College in Warren, Michigan, have each announced that TGC founding company, WorkED Consulting, has been named its third-party evaluator as part of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Strengthening Community Colleges program.

  • Weber State University’s Round 4 project focuses on bridging skills gaps in IT roles within the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Macomb Community College’s Round 5 project concentrates on expanding and strengthening healthcare apprenticeship programs across the Detroit Metro Area.

The WorkED/TGC team will provide comprehensive evaluation services, offer data-driven reviews and recommendations, and help identify sustainable practices that address capacity and service gaps.
