Cameron Christy – Cameron is an experienced program manager who has led education and workforce development activities at the national, regional, and local levels, with a particular focus on engaging secondary, postsecondary, and workforce development stakeholders to build effective and inclusive career pathways systems.

Cameron brings unique skills to this work, blending forward-thinking leadership, exceptional project management, and subject matter expertise in program development and administration, as well as grant writing and execution.

Kara Reens – Kara is a people-oriented advisor with more than a decade of experience helping mission-driven communities and clients in the non-profit, higher education, workforce development, and tech sectors. Organizations trust her to engage and unite diverse stakeholders, craft and execute qualitative research strategies, analyze multifaceted problems, and uncover actionable insights.

Kara will use her comprehensive experience navigating cross-functional environments to identify risks and opportunities that yield meaningful results for clients.

Kevin Bauman – Kevin is an experienced executive, who has developed and lead multi-stakeholder coalitions to create alternative education and credentialing programs. He has also developed talent pipelines for employers struggling to recruit qualified candidates.

Kevin works on public policy issues around education and employment. He has published research briefs for the American Enterprise Institute on WIOA legislation and served two years on the Massachusetts Digital Learning Advisory Council for the MA Department of Education.
