Last week, I had the opportunity to attend and present at the Florida Council on Resource Development’s (FCRD) Spring Conference where I got to see old friends, while making some new ones. Grant and Resource Development professionals are balancing a multitude of issues, and I went to update attendees on the expanded services we are offering through The Grants Clearinghouse. Post-award services were a topical highlight with many attendees expressing challenges finding and keeping project managers for grant-funded awards.
This is where we can help. We provide flexible, post-award services tailored to a client’s particular needs. We can help on an interim or ongoing basis–at the beginning, middle, or end of a project. Both the launch and closeout phases are particularly vulnerable times when recruiting and retaining personnel is difficult.
