WorkED Consulting was hired by Stark State College to support the Workforce Unifiers project, a U.S. Department of Labor–funded initiative focused on strengthening coordination across workforce partners and improving outcomes for learners and workers.
Throughout this project, WorkED will provide strategic and operational support to ensure alignment with federal grant requirements while maintaining strong collaboration among regional stakeholders. This included facilitating partner coordination, supporting compliance efforts, and helping guide the project’s overall implementation.
As the initiative progresses, WorkED will conduct final analysis activities, review outcomes and synthesize key findings to inform future workforce strategies. These insights will support ongoing efforts to enhance regional workforce systems and strengthen cross-sector partnerships.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building more connected and effective workforce ecosystems that better serve both individuals and employers.
