Officially launched at the WV Chamber 89th Annual Meeting & Business Summit, West Virginia Ready is helping to connect businesses across the state with community and technical colleges to ensure that workers are prepared with the skills they need to thrive in today’s competitive and fast-changing economy.
TGC played a pivotal role in the development and launch of this campaign. Collaborating with all nine community and technical colleges across West Virginia, TGC was instrumental in the following efforts:
✅ Partnering with an advertising agency, AGD, to design a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at encouraging employers to engage with their local community and technical colleges.
✅ Ensuring that the unique perspectives and workforce needs of each college and its region were accurately represented in the campaign.
✅ Guaranteeing broad representation of key workforce industries across the state.
✅ Incorporating feedback from current employer partners to ensure their evolving needs continue to be addressed.
✅ Working closely with the West Virginia Community and Technical College System to ensure the sustainability of the campaign and its long-term value to employers statewide.
